Your initial appointment will consist of updating any x-rays as well as a full comprehensive examination by Dr. Sanchez. Dr. Sanchez utilizes Digital Imaging Technologies within the office. With digital imaging, exposure time is about 50 percent less when compared to traditional radiographs. Our office utilizes intraoral camera technology that helps enhance your understanding of your diagnosis. An intraoral camera allows Dr. Sanchez to view clear, precise images of your mouth, teeth and gums in order for him to accurately make a diagnosis. We will provide you with a written treatment plan after you meet with Dr. Sanchez.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial appointment:
•Any current x-rays (sent via email) •A list of medications you are presently taking
IMPORTANT: A parent or legal guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the initial visit.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, closed for lunch from 12 noon to 1:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Financial Policy and Insurance:
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us at (559) 734-1121. Many times a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.
Dr. Sanchez is contracted with many of the PPO insurances. Our office works hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please provide us with up-to-date insurance information prior to each appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance billing.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charges by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies will respond to dental claims within 2-5 weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment through CareCredit but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
